
EXHIBITORS
Being an exhibitor at the annual Rainbows Festival is a great way for your business or organization to market to the 25,000 guests that visit the Rainbows Festival. We provide all the tents, tables and chairs for your exhibitor space.
The exhibitor spaces are for both days of the event. We have 180 exhibitor spaces available each year for the annual Rainbows Festival. Once the available spaces have been reserved, we will put applicants on a waiting list. Any exhibitor application received after September 1 is subject to a $200 late fee.
We have established a simple online registration application and process for exhibitors. You can easily complete the short application and pay by credit card or we will invoice you for payment by check.
You will be immediately emailed an acknowledgement of your online application. We will then send you a separate confirmation detailing your order.
If you are ordering more than one space, you need to complete an application for each space. They will be next to each other, unless you request separation. It is very important to detail what will be sold or promoted in your space.

REGULAR REGISTRATION
You can also complete a regular application and fax with credit card payment. If you plan to pay by check, it is very important to fax your application, so we can reserve your space. Application and documents can be faxed to 602.252.6279.
