BENEFITTING
Each year, several Phoenix LGBT non profit organizations are selected to benefit from fundraising participation at the annual Rainbows Festival.
The following organizations will benefit from the beverage sales program at the 2008 Rainbows Festival:
AGRA/Men of Charlie’s
Gentle Shepherd MCC
Community Church of Hope
Equality Arizona
Arizona Women in Tune
Phoenix Pride
Phoenix Metro Men’s Chorus
Also, a special donation is being made to AIDS Walk 2008. The staging and equipment for the closing ceremony to be held at the Festival Stage on Sunday, October 5, 2008 – beginning at 10am – is being donated by Rainbows Festival LLC.
The support and cooperation of these various organizations allows the annual Rainbows Festival to make significant annual donations to the various organizations that support the Phoenix LGBT community and the greater Phoenix metro community.
